Strict Test

Before leaving the production facility, every product must be examined or tested; any unqualified materials are rejected outright. For each product line, we offer quality control testing and analysis.

Several QC Test

Workers produce goods in line with the technical paper given. The worker will verify the first few items of each day, followed by our full-time QC inspector. Only once the items have undergone testing and inspection will mass manufacturing start.

Experienced QC Team

To ensure randomized testing, personnel will regularly inspect the items throughout mass manufacturing. Before moving on to the next stage of manufacturing, our QC team completes a round of inspection and spot-checks the parts. The quality level of completed items is evaluated.
